When my husband arrived, he was kept waiting , and in the end he was told there was no van available for him. It seemed like the booking was not properly kept on their side. Because of this, our plans fell apart and the whole situation became very stressful for us. Just leaving this review so other people are aware this can happen.

- KWKelvin WanApr 20, 20264.0My partner and I rented a van with Enterprise. The van had quite a few issues with it that wasn't communicated with us at the time of pickup. There was something wrong with the rear door sensors which meant the van thought they were always open. This meant that we couldn't lock the van. When we called to ask why this was, they said this was a known issue. The van itself was also quite dirty, inside and out. With that being said, the customer service is top notch. Everyone we spoke to, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to set things right and gave us a partial refund. Other than a few issues with the van it was a seamless and easy experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a van to consider Enterprise.
